Friday July 2nd Cafe Forever had it's first art exhibition, presenting art from local artists and those that attend the Thursday art platform at Cafe Forever. The exhibitors were Stuart Kemp who creates beautiful pencil sketches of docklands scenes with incredible attention to detail, Anna O'dwyer and Mehmet Karadag with some stunning photographic work. Paintings from Carol Macfarlane, Natalie Bellinger, Bhwana Gupta, Stephanie Turner, Helen Green, Steve Fisher and Sarah-Jane Duggan. Oil Pastels by Paul Horrocks. Digital art by Faith Nicholson. Some conceptual sculpture by Jane O'neil, embroidery and textiles work by Ruth Wall, Radka Shaw and Carol Macfarlane. There was an art in progress event to keep things interesting outside with pastels and iced cold drinks to keep everyone cool.
